In the High Court this afternoon the Ugandan asylum seeker BN has won judicial review of her case, with amended grounds and with new supporting evidence, which will take place this Friday 11 February.

However the judge also ordered that all reporting from now on must use her initials not her full name.

We are still confirming details of the statements made at the Court and will update this post when we have them.

  1. This is good news. Only use her initials? That's odd. Is that for all press or only in the UK?
