Four LGBT cases recognised by UNHCR

Iranian Railroad for Queer Refugees (IRQR) reports that the United Nations High Commission for Refugees (UNHCR) has accepted four LGBT refugee cases for resettlement from Turkey.

They are:

• Sepideh, a 36 year-old Iranian male to female transsexual
• Daniel, a 23 year-old Iranian gay man
• Alireza,a 43 year-old Iranian gay man
• Ghazal, an Iranian transsexual who has left Turkey for a new life in the USA
