A vigil has been organised by New York LGBT activists "to remember our murdered brothers in Iraq" for outside the Iraq Mission to the UN.
Organisers say they will light candles, lay a wreathe with rainbow ribbons, and also speak out against homophobic violence everywhere. A letter of protest will be delivered to the mission.
The vigil will take place Friday 10 April at midday at the Iraq Mission to the UN, 14 E 79th St Google map
