Recent website issues

Due to an outage at Blogger we have been unable to post since late Wednesday.

We don't think this has affected any posts and believe that everything has been restored this morning, and that we've repaired all issues, but please let us know if you see anything odd on the website. Scheduled posts will be restored from today.
